Decent price, tracking needs work
Got a pair of 993 heritage shoes for a good price during a holiday sale, saved a fair bit. The shoes are authentic and comfortable, no issues with the product itself. Delivery to Chennai took 9 days, which was okay for a free shipping order over $99. My only real gripe was the tracking; it wasn't updated regularly, so I was a bit in the dark until it shipped out of customs. Otherwise, a solid purchase.
Good sneakers, slow shipping
I ordered a pair of 574 sneakers during their flash sale. The website was easy enough to navigate, found my size quick. Paid extra for faster delivery but it still took 8 days to reach Mumbai. The shoes themselves are proper New Balance though, no complaints on quality there. Customer support responded to my shipping query after 2 days, which was a bit slow.
Reliable for running shoes
